The icebath tub is very good quality. Strong and solid and has zero leaks. Very comfortable to sit down in as you can lean your back against the slanted side. I managed to connect everything easily to my icebath chiller and everything is working perfectly. Delivery is by ship, so it took around 3-4 weeks to arrive, which was ok for me. It is so much cheaper to buy directly using Alibaba than to buy the from the local dealers, which is almost 2x more expensive. This seller is genuine and you can buy with confidence. The customer support from Ada was excellent. She replied to my questions and messages immediately, and even replied after hours and on weekends! Great service and great product. Am happy for sure.

So far I am pretty happy with the cooler - it’s fast and not too loud. Communication was A+, thanks Paney. Shipping took a little bit longer then expected but no big deal. Only problem we have is that the temperature the device shows isn’t the exact temperature cause we have a thermostat in the pool and it always shows up to 2 degrees difference. Maybe somebody can get back to me because of that? Apart from that I hope this device will cool the water in our icebath for the next couple of years. ❄️❄️❄️
